Arugam Bay surf is probably the most famous in all of Sri Lanka. With its mellow right-hand reefs and point breaks, it draws surfers when the beaches of the southwest are under the monsoon. Come between May and August to ride the long, peeling shoulders of epic spots like Whisky Point. You’ll love it!
