Millennium Elephant Foundation is a charity organization set up to rescue and care for captive Asian elephants in Sri Lanka. The foundation is located in a 15-acre estate, which is located 10 km northwest of Kegalle, within the Sabaragamuwa Province of Sri Lanka. The visitors get an opportunity to interact with elephants in a way that is safe and responsible for both person and animal, while learning about the history and facts of Asian elephants.
